I want to buy a handheld GPS thingy (never having used one before) but my mind is boggling looking through all the different ones available.
I’d use it for hiking in mountainous areas and probably geocaching, which sounds fun.

to know if certain brands carry a signal better than others, i currently have an older garmin gps and it does great its not the newer flat screen ones, it loses the signal every now and then and i was going to be getting a job driving and i dont know the streets very well, [...]
